Phase 4 – Core Strenghtening exercises that will get your core rock solid, flat and toned. Core  Strengthening is designed to strengthen your core the proper way without causing any back and neck tightness or pain.  You will also prepare the body and core properly before jumping into a high level core exercises and finish with the best for your core to recover.
