Description
Phase 2 – Core Activation is vital to your longterm health of your core muscle if you are truly looking to gain a strong confident core. The Key to Core Activation is the neurofeedback you gain by doing a movement in an isometric exercise and holding for the just the right amount of time to get the brain and isolated muscles to have a continues signal. Without proper neurofeedback your core muscles with continue to stay weak and back pain, neck pain and poor posture will be in your future if it isn’t already.

Core Activation is simply the key to your long term core strength success. You may have tried different core strengthening exercise, training programs, postpartum exercises or core exercise and have never felt what you are about to feel. This is a scientifically proven program that is required for longterm core strength, flatness and tighness. You will find the movements are simple to follow and can be done in 20 minutes. Ideally you will want to do phase 2 most days but at minimum 3 days a week. You will get remote access to do this and can do it anywhere you can lay flat on a firm surface. This phase typically takes 4-8 weeks to get the proper neurological function back in your core and pelvic floor muscles before moving to the next phase.
