Phase 3 – Core Integration is the transition from having activated core with proper neurofeedback to now integrating more advance movements that challenges your brain muscle connection. This particular training program to help you determine if you are ready for core strengthening exercises. Phase 3 starts out reminding the core to be activated than transition while maintaining your activation to moving your body like what happens in day to day life. We then finish this phase with activation exercises so that you leave feeling better and having posture correction.

Core Integration is the bridge between Core Activation and Core Strength exercises, it took years to develop the right training program and process for optimal core training. Think of it this way once you fix your race car you wouldn’t take it to the race track right away. You would test drive it, give it some challenges to make sure all the fixes are holding properly, before you ever race it hard. You can do phase 3 anywhere you can lay flat on a firm surface, I’ve even done this at the airport. You get each core exercise step by step with a long and short version so you get the best understanding. Most people take 2-6 weeks for this phase to feel confident to move to phase 4.
